• Manage the QA/Qc & Maintenance Department • Conduct the Third Party Audits for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001 : 2007• Carry out the Internal Audits for ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001 : 2007• Take care of the EHS Responsibilities as per the IDB (Industrial Development Bureau – Abu dhabi) Procedures & Abu Dhabi EHSMS.• To Implement the Procedure into the Organization as per the Organization QMS• To Implement the EHS Procedure into the Organization as per the ADEHS MS Standards• Make the Accident & Incident Reports as per the IDB Procedure & Reporting to the IDB Head Office.• Make the Quarterly & Monthly Reports for EHS & Reporting to the IDB Head Office.• Arrange the MRM (Management Review Meeting) every 3 months to review the previous MRM & Rectify the Current Issues in the Organizations.• Arrange the Tool Box Talks , Health & Safety Training (Internal & External), PPE.• To Aware about PPE for all the workers.

• Collect the project specific ITP / WPS / Procedures etc.• Verify material grade, heat number etc stamped on the materials.• Perform fit up inspection of members offered for inspection, verify all the visual & dimensional requirements and accept / return for rectification as needed and prepare the reports.• Perform final visual & dimensional inspection of members offered for inspection.• Raise NCR whenever non-compliance is observed.• Implementing ITP & WPS requirements in the assigned working area.• Performing visual, dimensional and welding surveillance inspections in the assigned working area.• Coordinating with NDT Inspectors to get the NDT work done.• Co-ordinate with production department in repairing defective work materials prior to releasing them for subsequent protective treatment processes.• Co-ordinate with dispatch and material control teams for site material deliveries.• Coordinating with Foremen, Draftsman, Planner & Project Manager as and when needed.• Implementation of ISO 9001 Quality System on the Shop Floor
