Current- Sales Consultant: - Understand and assess customer needs, offering personalized assistance - Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery - Conduct test drives and negotiate terms for a seamless closing process - Build and maintain strong customer relationships - Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets - Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional products - Complete accurate and timely paperwork, collaborating with the finance department - Utilize various channels, including social media, to generate leads - Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues - Collaborate with colleagues for a cohesive work environment- Brand Ambassador: - Represent the Strickland's Auto Mart brand in a professional and positive manner - Promote the brand through social media, events, and other marketing initiatives - Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers - Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers and the wider community - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service - Embody the brand's values and mission, acting as a role model for other team members
