Graduate Research Assistant
CurrentI am currently engaged in an NSF-funded project where I work with parcel-level data for all municipalities in New Jersey. My role involves assessing the market value of properties using DCA equalization rates under various flooding scenarios developed by NJ Adapt and NJ HazAdapt. This project aims to analyze property and revenue loss in these scenarios, providing crucial insights into the economic impact of climate change. Additionally, I am developing a comprehensive dashboard that includes demographics and occupied housing units for all 50 states, which will facilitate a better understanding of how different housing types and school districts may be affected by flooding. I am deeply grateful to professors Dr. David Listokin and Dr. Clint Andrews for their guidance and support throughout this research.
