Successfully completed the CCTV Surveillance System project from planning to deployment, of Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited Central Zone. - Modeling and mapping of Surveillance System over PTCL buildings.-Planning & budgeting for effective cost optimization of the whole project.- Building of centralized Control Room for whole zone (Punjab) in Zonal Office PTCL, Lahore.- Designing the network including IP allocations to the whole system with the effective liaison of IP Core Teams.- Successful connectivity of CCTV Cameras of more than 200 locations with centralized Control Room including the far distant site Sadiqabad.- 24/7 operationalization of Control Room with manpower of 15.- Successful training of CCTV Staff for the rationalization of work routine.
