Converted over 275 schools into Academies, ensuring each project adhered to Government Policy.Proof reading and signing off Funding Agreements, Articles of Association and ensuring land/ shared usage agreements are financially stable. Ensuring any changes made to model documentation fall in line with Policy protocol.Liaised with Land Policy and Legal Advisors Office where specialist advice was to ensure each School meets its conversion date, ensuring all documents are signed off within deadline datesAttended meetings for Project Leads covering South England to identify emerging issues and risk on projects, working to resolve these issues.Trained Project Leads on Department Policy and processes involved to ensure Academies are set up to the Departments standard.
