As a management trainee within the sales department my role revolves around managing the various dairy categories that we have, as of now I am:- Responsible for managing Olper’s cheese. Olpers cheese was launched with the purpose of making it Breakfast Ke Jan and that is exactly what I’ve been working towards. My role encompasses looking after all things Olpers cheese, namely outlet engagement, working on increasing outlet coverage, coming up with propagative initiatives for cheese, tracking sku sales on both primary and secondary levels and working in close quarters with regional distributions.- The safety captain. As captain my role involves ensuring that the works place is safe for the entire team. My role also involves educating the team through various monthly safety talks.
