Current- Network Infrastructure designing, deployment, configuration, administration, monitoring and troubleshooting - Fortigate Firewall, Cisco L3 Switches, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TPLink, Linksys, HikVision Devices...- Systems Infrastructure designing, deployment, configuration, administration, monitoring and troubleshooting - Dell Poweredge R730xd with ESXI 6.7 and 7.1 (DHCP, DNS, AD, FileServer, UniFi Controller, AccessController...- Administration of organization's workspaces users at multiple platforms - Google, Slack, Notion, Unity, GitHub, Miro, Zoom, Digital Assets Stores....- Developing and Implementing SOPs and IT Policies- Implementing best practices of ITSM and Operations with HelpDesk Ticketing- Access, analyze and resolve all the IT related matters at organization level- Monitoring/supporting onsite Network Connectivity- Budgeting for the IT department- Procurement of IT equipment, tools and accessories in timely manner- Training subordinates with all the necessary tools, service and portal to assist and support organization users- Dealing with IT Vendors professionally taking organization ahead of market competitive best price, service and support- Audit systems (desktops, laptops, servers) and assess their outcomes with Bi-annual Health Reports- Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems at All times- Server Management including but not limited to, Hardware Management, Software Management, Security and Backups- Internal Server vs. External Server Monitoring: reviewing automated reports and receiving preemptive alerts to stay on top of server health- Streamline employees onboarding and offboarding by collaborating with operations divisions- Documentation of department’s activities and processes- Saving company's cost from all the digital/cloud subscriptions without compromising stakeholder’s functions/tool requirement
