I am a skilled technical professional with 5 years of experience in the Dev/Ops and Linux Administration space seeking opportunities to re-enter the technology field after a valuable experience working as an Electrician. Job market adversity led me to leave the technical career field during the pandemic, but my love of technology and desire for more intellectually stimulating work has lead me back to this area of work. I am primarily seeking opportunities to work with cloud native technology stacks but am open to all opportunities which provide me a chance to grow and learn. I have extensive experience with Linux operating systems and a background of developing automated systems to deliver software products from development to production. I am versed in CI/CD pipeline architecture development, IaC tools like Terraform and Cloudformation, as well as configuration management tools like Chef and Ansible. I have a limited development background as well which exposed me to applications developed in Java and C++, but my primary programming language of choice is Python.
