On the insurance side of things, we have focused our business on Medicare. We still do some under 65 insurance, but that market has had its challenges in recent years;) We have joined forces with Senior Market Sales out of Omaha to broaden our product lines and carriers. We now represent over a dozen of the top insurance carriers in the senior market. We have created a 13 minute video that explains the basics of Medicare for A to Z. You can find it on our website, www.MedicareMadeEasy.US under the Medicare Resources tab. This past year (2018-2019 school year) I had the opportunity to tutor a 6th grader in math and found that very rewarding. I plan to pursue that avenue as a way to give back. (He went from F to B+ over the school year).On the music side of things, big band jazz is where my heart is.  I play, compose and arrange a wide variety of styles, but big band jazz really does rock, thus the name of my new website, www.BBJZ.RocksI'm a graduate of North Texas State University with a bachelors degree in music composition.  I played in the lab bands there and studied arranging under Lew Gillis as well as jazz theory under Kansas City's own John Elliott.  ​My professional career includes small group and big band performances across 28 states and Canada.   I had the opportunity to work behind such notables as Doc Severinsen, Ana Maria Alberghetti and Clark Terry, as well as a stint on the Glenn Miller orchestra.
