This federal program provides them with funds for medical expenses, home improvements, and necessities of life while at the same time eliminating mortgage payments and guaranteeing that they can live in their homes the rest of their lives without the worry of ever losing their home. Certified by the state of Missouri to provide continuing education for real estate agents and life/health insurance agents on reverse mortgages.Project 5: National Recruiter / Sales Trainer for United First Financial  Branch Manager, Sales Trainer, Recruiter, Marketing StrategistMortgage reduction / equity development specialist, focused on debt reduction and the use of standard banking strategies to implement interest cancellation.

Created and implemented sales, marketing and business plans for technology training company. Implemented new programs from startup through maturity. Efforts resulted in $3.5M in third year revenue. Hired, trained and mentored 5 person sales team.  Optimized sales, marketing and business processes resulting in year-over-year net profit increase from 4% to 14%. Created 3rd fastest growing company in Kansas City according to Ingram's.
