Oversee the HR Operations unit, managing a spectrum of functions including Recruitment operations, HR Operational Support Services, Employee Relations, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and the implementation of Automations and Standardizations in HR processes. My responsibilities extend to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company HR policies.Additionally, Serves as the Project Manager for the Oracle HCM EBS implementation project. Throughout this endeavour, I have successfully managed all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Specifically, I have overseen the implementation of various modules within HR, including Core Human Resources, Performance Management, Payroll, Succession Planning, Learning Management, iRecruitment, i-Expense, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Funds Management, and Self- Service Human Resource (SSHR).• Led the successful implementation major modules of Oracle HCM EBS (Enterprise Business Suite).• Oversee the strategic management and day-to-day operations of our company's HRIS. • Developing and implementing standards in Recruitment Operations partnering internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and delivering excellence in joining process of new joiners.• Providing seamless HR operational support services to the employees during their stay and exit from the company particularly.• Managing and resolving complex Employee Relations/ Discipline issues and conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.• Administrating HRIS timely and effectively to maintain quality HR database and to utilize HR analytics to determine priorities.• Managing HR Analytics & Reporting for HRC and Senior Management.• HR POC for SBP Audits/Reports, Internal Audits, BCM coordination and regulatory compliance.• Custodian of HR policy manual and procedural manual for periodic reviews and updation
