Prepared a business plan, (including market research, financial forecasts and NPV analysis) and implemented the same within cost and time estimates. Directly supervised the product development team and identified and pursued leads to generate tangible results in the form of achieving approved vendor status for leading national and multinational food companies operating in Pakistan and subsequent sales growth.• Conceptualised and launched a new cooking oil product for the company. Led the R&D effort, prepared the financial feasibility, secured the supply chain, liaisoned with the production department and managed the sales and marketing function to bring a brand new product to the market. Subsequently pitched successfully to the board of directors to allocate maximum marketing funds to develop the new brand. Linked marketing, sales and finance functions to show a tangible financial route regarding investment in an intangible assetNegotiated and secured credit line from banks to fund higher working capital needs with increasing revenue. • Sponsored and led the implementation of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software (MS Dynamics AX 2012). Successfully managed change for the HR and enabled the consultant to understand the company’s requirements and expectations. • Responsible for implementing certified Quality Control & Food Safety systems compliant with ISO 9001, Dutch HACCP and FSSC 22000:2011. Also implemented certified OHSAH and EMS systems.
