News Network International is Pakistan's oldest and one of the biggest news agencies.Due to their increasing size and above all with the new media becoming a larger source of income, they wanted to re-evaluate their business operations.During the four month of my consultancy period with them, I looked into their business model in detail and came up with new strategies which could help them lower cost, increase their effectiveness and maximize their profits.
