Leading and working closely with Division Heads/Project Managers towards improving productivity and efficiency of delivery teams in delivering projects through efficient utilization of resources in a cost effective manner. Monitoring projects revenues through EACs for mainlining targeted gross margins from projects. Represent HPK in key meetings with Clients on projects to support teams in different phases of design, procurement and construction supervision issues.
