Started as a software engineer within the System Integration business unit of Infosys. During the tenure worked on couple of critical projects for Infosys.The first project involved developing a faster and leaner report selection menu for one of the biggest FMCG company and a major customer of Infosys. The project involved creating application Menu using front end technologies primarily JavaScript, AJAX and integrating them on the customer portal so that user experience is much better and end users can quickly select the narrow down their reporting criteria. The project was executed with a small team of 2 people and was delivered on time with quality to the customer. I worked as an offshore point of contact for seamless communication between the customer and development team. The project helped me in learning all phases of software development including requirement elicitation, design, development and testing as well as production go-live. For the successful delivery of the project, I was also recognized with a SPOT award by the BU lead. The second project involved designing and developing a secure payment gateway for one of the biggest telecom companies of the world. The customer wanted to develop it’s own payment gateway instead of integrating it with a standard payment gateway provider with the objective of improving overall customer experience. As part of this project I worked on the core Apache HTTP server and used AES cryptography techniques to build a secure payment gateway in accordance to PCI standards. This was one of the Greenfield project for Infosys as at that point of team the company did not have any experience in executing such projects. The project was executed in an individual capacity and the design of the project was highly appreciated by the customer.

Worked as a Intern with Infosys, Mysore. As part of the internship i was trained in .Net and Java technologies.After the training also completed a project on creating a platform for writing software agnostic to the programming language.The project was called MOOL (Model for Object Oriented Languages) and it enabled developers to write the core application logic independent of the programming language thus enabling cross technology platform application development. The project was recognized as one of the best projects during the internship.
