FINCASA CAPITAL is a consultancy firm that helps individuals to invest money into real estate or in a business in different countries to get second citizenship or residency.My work was to understand the needs of various customer segments and design the presentation decks for the sales team to target those customers accordingly. For that I have had discussions with the sales team and do secondary research to understand the different segment and their different needs and finally designed 8 brochures and 28 flyers.I also did the exploratory market research for finding probable regions or cities for Indian market as they want to expand their business in India. I have used the tools like expert interviews, visited the conference where HNI used to come and talk to them to understand the need, taken the help of Thomson Reuters to find the investment pattern and refers the research papers and news articles to know what motivates them to apply for second residence ship.

This was my short-term project that I have undergone in my 1st year of PGDM at ZEE Entertainment in Dubai. In ZEE, I was a part of the organizing team of event named “Big Zee Diwali Festival of Lights”, held in an amusement park of Dubai.We were a group of 4 students working under the guidance of 4 marketing manager of ZEE. I was mainly responsible for creating sponsorship decks, visibility and radio campaigns for the sponsors. Here I coordinated with the operation and production department to execute the given tasks.A month before, we as a team also designed the social media campaign which included, deciding the date and time, hashtags and captions for posts and the Promotions offered on some of the posts like give the right answer and win the tickets for the concert or win the gift hamper of sponsors. During the event, I was involved in field operations and artist logistics for the 2-day long program.Coming to the Outcome, the event was seamlessly executed with 18 sponsors and a footfall of over 15000 people in 2 days. Moreover, the social media impression target was also achieved. On a personal level, I learned the Importance of communication and how to handle a branding campaign in a diverse UAE culture.
