New AI/AO & DI/DO signal hookup, configuration of new signal, alarm assigning, PLC to DCS communication, forcing in DCS & PLC are most common in maintenance plant. Fault finding, trouble shooting are the regular activities. - Working in Ash handling plant, Turbine area, Sea Water Pump house, FGD & Coal handling Plant. - Specialist in AAQMS, CEMS and other gas and liquid analyzer system. Installation, commissioning, maintenance of Various type of analyzers such as NOx, SO2, O2, CO2/CO, Dust as well as liquid Analyzers such as DO,SC,CC, pH, Silica, Phosphate and it’s sample handling system (Make: Thermo Fisher, Teledyne API, Sick maihak, Forbes Marshal, SWAN etc) & Meteorological sensors etc. - Study of all kind of instrumentation drawings like P & ID, Instrument Loop Drawings, Hookup Drawings, Cable & Conduit Schedule, Wiring Diagrams, Interconnection Drawings and Vendor Drawings. - Work with Steam turbine, Compressor and Air blower vendor to check all the connection of speed sensor, vibration elements, RTD, local indicator like temperature and pressure and transmitter. - Study of P&ID and instrument specification sheet (Data Sheet) to confirm the range and operating condition of the instruments. Ensure the installation of Instruments. - Recently got an opportunity to work in Techno commercial Dept on two month deputation basis. Where came to learn how to deal with vendors and vendor’s products, how to control Dept. budget and came to know various updates of technologies of field instruments etc. -Very much familiar with work to permit, Safety work permit, tool box talks, near miss reporting, ISO, HIRA, CAPA, O&T, EHS, OHSAS, MS-EXCEL, spare utilization & management etc.
