Senior Project Manager (It Projects)
CurrentPlatforms; Salesforce CRM, ERP, Qlik, Tableau• Actively involved in periodic assessment & formulation of IT strategy & technology roadmap with tactical solutions, to leverage emerging technologies and stay current.• Align software development efforts centered around people, processes, and technology• Execute complex IT projects, leading end-to-end application developments initiatives, encompassing system planning, analysis & design, development, testing and deployment• Liaising with stakeholders such as senior management, business teams, end-users and vendors for project requirements, project progress through weekly or monthly updates and potential roadblocks & mitigation plans.• Create project plans with detailed tasks, effort estimates, milestones, and dependencies; identify and assign to teams, organize, and prioritize team tasks to ensure timely completion of project outcomes.• Ensure adherence to timelines through regular monitoring of KPIs and scheduled updates while managing mitigating risks through effective resource management, task prioritization and event coordination.• Organize discovery workshops with users to gather business requirements, translate those requirements into functional specifications, and recommended best-fit technologies to meet those requirements.• Curate communication plans, compelling user awareness & training content for both internal and external stakeholders for IT systems and processes within, augmenting communication and help better assimilation for maximum adoption.• Established strong, hybrid application delivery model with right blend of in-house resourcing and partner outsourcing engagements, in collaboration with leading technology service partners & providers.• Led various technology upgrade projects, reviewed technical designs, provided guidance on technical and design decisions; Support and lead architectural decisions and tasks for business-critical applications.
