I took care of the entire lifecycle of various graphic design and web design projects including sales, budgeting, project planning, resource planning, product management, testing, delivery and account management.- Key accomplishment: Immediately updated the sales strategy from traditional cold calls to include digital campaigns. Set up modern procedures for project management and resource management.

Joined Humblebee as Project Assistant. Humblebee is a design focused digital agency in Gothenburg. I worked side by side with the CEO and project managers to assist with office management, day to day business operations and managed the team/deadline for projects. The scope of work included office management, production management, and event coordination.- Key accomplishment: Quickly became the go-to person in the office for both the CEO and the team. Later, I was working as Productions Manager and Office Coordinator managing projects including planning, budgeting and delivery.

Joined RedWeb as Project Manager and Office Manager. RedWEB is a web agency in Denmark with expertise in building Joomla based websites. I re-established RedWeb's Vietnam office and created a foundation for effectively serving Danish clients with high-quality websites and mobile applications produced in Vietnam. Was in charge of the entire Vietnamese office and responsible for team management, office management, project management, recruiting, budgeting, planning, and operations management. I directly managed 17 team members.- Key accomplishment: I arranged the business license, moved offices, recruited a new team and strengthened the connection with the head office in Denmark within a short period of time. I reshaped the team in Vietnam and set up the team the way it has worked until today.

Joined Vietnam Communications Corporation (VCCorp) in 2012 as VCCorp acquired the business I owned. VCCorp is one of the largest digital companies in Vietnam. Their key business areas are online marketing, e-commerce and online payment solutions. VCCorp is backed by Intel Capital and IDG among others. I managed the e-commerce websites Eat.vn, Chonmon.vn, and Suma.vn. I was in charge of the entire projects including project management, product management, team management, recruiting, budgeting, sales, and marketing. I also managed the customer care teams for other projects inside VCCorp such as Solo.vn and Muachung.vn. I directly managed more than 50 team members.- Key accomplishment: Eat.vn and Chonmon.vn sold delivery food for more than a million USD in a year.

I directly managed 13 team members.- Key accomplishment: We took the food order website Eat.vn from an idea to being acquired by Vietnam's largest e-commerce company at the time.
