Thirty years of experience developing programs with a special focus on education, content development, and eLearning design in Central Asia and the United States. Established programs centered around Islamic studies and curricula reform in Uzbekistan. Managed translation and cultural advisement task orders in both Afghanistan and the United States for a broad spectrum of government and private industry clients. Developed a dynamic program as Founding Director for the Center for Regional Studies at the United States Naval Academy-- activities focused on content development for midshipmen education. Awarded the Presidential Order of Do'stlik by the Republic of Uzbekistan's President Shavkat Mirziyoyev for furthering awareness of the Uzbek language and culture through my translation of the beloved Uzbek novel, O'tkan Kunlar.
