Responsible for the resolution of customer enquiries in relation to fulfilment of customer orders on the nbn network. I am working with a number of groups, including the Network and Service Operations Centre (NSOC), Workflow Management, Operations Managers and Wholesale / Retail Service Provider Customer Provisioning teams. I am also ensuring that orders and all other interactions from NBN’s customers are fulfilled within nbn’s internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and are of a high quality.I have been a part of a Service Delivery or Customer Service environment with experience in areas including:• The delivery of high volumes of customer services• Configuration of customers services on multi-vendor networks• Use of Automated workflows in a Service Delivery environment

• Set up, operation, and troubleshooting of all associated and follow-on operating systems.• Create, Amend, Delete user profiles and troubleshoot user issues accordingly via AD.• Perform Alarm checks for clients Domain Controller.• Assist Senior Network Support analyst with daily duties which includes routine server check up, monitor Alarms on the server and services and report promptly within agreed SLA.• Assign the task to the Desktop Support, Customer Support, Network Administration or System Administration Teams when a solution cannot be provided over the phone,• Install, Maintain and Troubleshoot research, diagnose, document, and resolve technicaI issues surrounding Windows X P, Windows 7, M S Office applications, email, other special applications, Internet connections, and hardware/peripheral equipment via telephone.

• Technical assistance to Apple customers with IOS products and service advice• Diagnosing and resolving IOS technical hardware and software issues and translating technical language into simple terms for customers• Responding to requests for IOS technical assistance and providing customers with appropriate advice, product and service information• Providing basic training and guidance to Apple customers over the phone• Ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering excellent relationships by recommending the best technical solutions in identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention• Taking full ownership of Apple customer enquiries, adherence to monthly KPIs and rosters

• Monitoring the Network Issues. observing link flaps, device health & ports status.• Handling a call 24X7 for any urgent issues and escalations.• Working on Log management, periodically pulling logs from devices using KIWI tool & pulling device configuration backup by using KIWI tool• Maintaining & Troubleshooting the WAN & LAN related issues of Enterprise Customers this includes all routing, switching, connectivity and Internet related issues.• Working on Routing technologies like Static, default route, OSPF, EIGRP and RIP.• Working on ticketing tool for incident, Request & Change management Task.
