    Primary responsibility is tier 3 automotive marketing support within the Lotus Cars dealer network within the United States, Canada, Central America, and South America. This includes a responsibility region of 40+ dealerships.In support of those dealership's tier 3 marketing activities, I was responsible for:-Providing event support through the evaluation of the event, allocation of resources (giveaway items, indoor/outdoor branding flags/totems/displays, physical marketing assets, and digital marketing assets), and distribution of funds (as appropriate).-Digital asset creation for sales-related promotions and announcements.-Created a monthly marketing magazine that was aimed at keeping dealers up-to-speed with industry-standard marketing information and Lotus-related announcements. This project included research (including industry event attendance) to ensure all information brought to the network was current and forward-looking.-Consulted with dealership marketing personnel, along with DP's and GM's, to effectively and efficiently use available marketing resources for sales-related goals.-Marketing car fleet management, including: maintenance schedule and technician scheduling, transport, internal employee support scheduling, and event review.In support of our dealership network as a whole:-Created and implemented a new marketing co-op program that took the place of a previous, interim (1-year) co-op program. Additionally, created new reporting processes for co-op program compliance.-Researched, identified, vetted, and signed up vendors to an "Approved Vendor" program where one did not exist previously.-Wrote and implemented a Marketing & Advertising Guidelines document for the network, where one did not exist previously.-Created asset distribution and release plans and channels for confidential and embargoed assets.-Identified key marketing compliance items for the dealer network and set up a reporting, including a self-reporting functionality.
