Successfully trained women SHGs in orange marmalade manufacturing as part of the ODOP, in collaboration with the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM). 2. Pioneered the initiative to provide LMV driving skills training to single, widowed, and needy women in partnership with the Rural Self Employment Training Institute.3. Actively engaged with the transgender community of Rajgarh, identifying their unique challenges and implementing sustainable solutions to address their needs. Organised seminar in schools for transgenders to sensitise the new generations towards gender inclusivity through open interactions at the seminar.4. Conducted extensive research on behalf of the District Collector’s Office:a. Prepared a comprehensive report on the conditions of Government School Hostels for SC/ST and OBC communities in the district.b. Wrote a paper titled “ Are Mega Projects the Answer to Socio-Economic Problems” on the conditions of individuals affected by the displacement and rehabilitation due to the construction of the Mohanpura Damc. Surveyed and Interviewed 1500 women from 150 SHGs, wrote a research paper titled “ SHG Bank Fund Utilisation : A Case Study of Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh”5. Currently developing a financial literacy training program for Rural Women, involving the creation of audio-visual content to enhance their financial literacy skills.

Presented the research Paper titled “ MGNREGA Scoping Study : Rajasthan (Shock Responsiveness with respect to Gender, Child and other Vulnerable Communities ) 2020-2021” to the relevant authorities providing recommendations for enhancing the program’s effectiveness.

Monitoring of Project - "Life Skill Education for Government Schools of Madhya Pradesh" conceptualised by Government of Madhya Pradesh and funded by UNFPA.Successfully monitored project performance in Rajgarh and Agar Malwa, resulting in Rajgarh district securing first position out of 52 districts for its exceptional project implementation. Recording a total of 10,000 feedback responses from school students, wrt to the various modules of the programme. And around 5000 calls received from Rajgarh alone on the Child Helpline Number, due to extensive awareness generation among students wrt the helpline number.Provided comprehensive training to 300 government school teachers in implementation of the Life Skill Education Project and ensuring their readiness to effectively implement the project.

Selected for second edition of the UNESCO-Sahapedia fellowship, funded by the Ministry of Culture, Govt of India.Scripted and directed a documentary titled “Baiga Women and Body Decorations: Ornaments and Tattoo Culture.” Documentary showcased the ways in which body art and ornamentation is cultural practice among Baiga tribal women living in the districts of Balaghat and Dindori, MP.
