I’m Vaishak P. I completed Post Graduation in MA. Development Policy and Practice from Rajeev Gandhi National Institute for Youth Development in Sriperumbadur. I’m interested in working for the development of the underprivileged people in rural areas especially in tribal. As a social being focusing on strengths is always important studying and observing the problem rather than working with others toward a solution is fruitless endeavor. I need to research, create strategies to resolve social issues and play their role as part of the solution. I was a part in the project of Kasaragod district panchayat which was done for the rehabilitation of the transgender community in that district. Providing a shelter home and to give a skill development program to the transgender community to have an income to sustain. Also I was a part in organizing a meet of all non residence of Kasaragod district to discuss about the investment opportunities in the Kasaragod district. I had good communicational and observational skills. Apart from this photography is one of my passion and I had studied graphic designing and video editing. I had actively participated in National Service Scheme program as Volunteer and as leader. I have organizational skills and actively participated in Games.
