As a Project Coordinator, I provide administrative support to various members of the project team, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents. I have three years of experience in this role, and I have successfully helped my project teams complete multiple projects in the construction industry.I am skilled in office administration, communication, data entry, and compliance management. I use Procore, a leading construction management software, to prepare and distribute project documents, such as subcontracts, payment applications, meeting minutes, submittal logs, and change orders. I help examine contract specs to help create the necessary exhibits for each subcontract. Help determine licensing requirements for each township/borough. I also track and report on certified payroll in PA & NJ & MBE/WBE participation. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and support to my clients and colleagues, as well as to our subcontractors.
