- Prepare briefs of relevant research and data on state policies on high school systems transformation.- Monitor state activities related to project goals, track relevant state board of education agenda items, press releases, legislation, and other developments;- Assist in communication efforts and attend national partner events about emerging trends in education policy.

- Complete extensive price research on committee and conference materials and services. - Order materials, coordinate shipment details with vendors, and manage committee and conference materials inventory to maintain and run six staff work suites during the conference. - Secure snacks, staff meals, and other product sponsorships and/or deals for staff and delegates.

- Head operations and logistics for the GIRA Local Model UN Conference and SDG Summit.- Head outreach efforts to local humanitarian organisations to provide volunteering opportunities for conference attendees.- Design and order materials for conferences, including booklets, food, and merchandise.

- Manage organizing efforts in New Haven County, including monitoring planning & zoning commission meetings.- Plan walk audits alongside local officials and stakeholders to encourage transit-oriented communities and identify infrastructure issues; research state and local laws concerning zoning and land use.- Research federal grant proposal requirements, including the EPA Community Change Grant; write and submit session proposals for relevant industry conferences, such as the Connecticut Affordable Housing Conference.
