1. Get project information from clients / Business Development Manager/ Regional manager North Asia- middle East to make fee proposals.2. Clarify inquiries and specifications and submit bidding documents to clients in due date; 3. Select sub-contractor under project budget, and meet capability as client’s requirement.4. If the project wins, draft a contract and collect 1st payment from Client.5. Make a report to the line manager and update all project information to the internal company system called hubspot (customer service) and WFM (billing)6. Other works: support other team/ oversea office, prepare CVs for design team using lucid press, prepare Tet Gift and other dwp’s event, arrange photoshoots when project completed, sending dwp portfolio to client and prepare presentation, join business network event with Business Development Manager.

• Be as Senior Project Executive :1. Get information from client and sales Director and distribute to Technical Dept., to make quotation.2. Communicate with client to clarify inquiries and specifications.3. Make draft contract with client and sub-contractor (if any). In case sub- contractor, Select sub- contractor with good qualification and within project budget, control and manage working and payment.4. Guiding and monitoring the order, including working to accept order, delivery time control payment status. Prepare and proceed payment request document to client and sub-contractor5. Monitoring document management and have meeting with client to solve issue of project.6. Report to Project Sales Director & BOD for schedule, payment.Project handled- 197 projects in Vietnam and oversea- Country: Japan, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, , Myanmar, Malaisia, Kuwat, Australia, Canada, America, Mexico ,Arabsaudi, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Brunei.
