Support functional organization development Consult to HRD/HRM of Investee Companies future organization aligned with reference organization chart. Support to HRD/HRM in talent management, training & development, performance appraisal, and career development. Work with HRD/HRM to review and monitor employee qualification, skill matrix give advisory for development Consult and support HRD/HRM to conduct orientation trainingTalent Acquisition Provide effective searching - interview - selection aligned with business plan Candidate's database monitoring, hiring plan monitoring and report Ensure the quality of recruitment and budget controlOperational roles: Understand, develop and execute HR strategies to fulfil business objectives. Consult BOD/HRD/HRM of Investee Companies in communicating with employees in functions regarding change inorganization, HR policies & processes, in touch with employee to understand their motivation and behaviors. Closely work with BOD and HRD/HRM of Investee Companies to ensure performance review done properly and ontime. Attend functional meetings to understand the business operation and strategies.Culture Development: Align business objectives with BOD of Investee Companies to shape the culture of the business Jointly contribute to the development and implementation of the team culture and values align with companies. Support and monitor Investee Companies in salary review & proposal salary for new hire Advice Investee Companies to ensure employee's performance appraisal recorded and computerized systematically.
