Services provided include social and affordable housing, homelessness support, domestic and family violence, post-release support and opportunity pathways in the Central West, Western and Hunter regions of NSW.As part of the Senior Leadership team, I am responsible for development and implementation of best practice HR initiatives including strategic workforce planning; training and leadership development; performance management; values and cultural alignment; communications; change management; and policy development.In addition to HR work, I have successfully project managed a number of operational initiatives including development and implementation of an organisation-wide IT / Business system and mobilisation of new services.

Masters Home Improvement was a joint venture between Woolworths Ltd and Lowes (US).Partnered with the Masters Senior Leadership to support around 200 corporate office employees, including the Commercial, Store Environment, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, IT and Online teams. On 18 January 2016, Woolworths announced its intention to sell the Masters business and on 24 August 2016, announced the shutdown of the business by December 2016.Key Achievements during this time included:- Co-created the People Strategy for the business closure including the design, creation and implementation of all HR-related business support tools for closure- Oversaw the redeployment or retrenchment of all support office employees- Provided ongoing individual support and guidance to impacted employees by providing consistent and transparent information, coaching and awareness of all options available- Provided ongoing counsel and advice to Line Managers to ensure they in turn could cascade maximum support to impacted employees- Implemented retention and engagement initiatives after the initial announcement to ensure ongoing business functioning during a time of uncertainty to achieve delivery of “business as usual” alongside the closure activities- Collated and managed all HR information required for data management and reporting including redundancy calculations for 6200 employees.- Managed the involvement of a number of 3rd parties including outplacement, EAP, Woolworths Shared Services, superannuation fund and associated suppliers

Johnson Controls merged with Brookfield Multiplex Services to create Brookfield Johnson Controls in February 2013.As a result of the merger I managed a number of integration activities including payroll outsourcing, transfer of employment, policy and process review, organisational design, restructuring and cultural changes activities.I also continued to act as a Business Partner for around 230 employees who had transferred to the JV from the Johnson Controls business.

Direct Group is a large mail order and direct selling organisation incorporating a distribution centre, office, call centre, television studios and retail outlets. I was initially hired by Direct Group to set up their strategic internal recruitment function, however quickly became involved in the full-spectrum of HR activities.

Working exclusively with a single client, Direct Group, I was responsible for both temporary and permanent recruitment across all levels of the business.
