Qualified Intermediaries are responsible for a number of important elements in the administration of a successful 1031 Exchange transaction. Preparing the 1031 Exchange agreements and related transactional documents to properly structure the 1031 Exchange transaction. Receiving, holding and safeguarding 1031 Exchange funds throughout the transaction; and advising or consulting with clients and professional advisors regarding the implementation of a 1031 Exchange transaction to ensure compliance with all applicable Internal Revenue Codes, Department of the Treasury Regulations and related Revenue Rulings and Revenue Procedures.

Our mission is to provide an after-school mindfulness education program that empowers children to develop healthy habits and learn self-sufficiency. Selah’s Safe Way was created to rehabilitate child survivors of sex trafficking through two phases. As a non-profit organization we provide sex trafficking rehabilitation for victims.
