Finally able to make the transition from digital communications to the kitchen, Vanessa has been involved in a number of food-related projects: - She is currently finishing an advanced degree in Holistic Nutrition- She directs and hosts an annual Summer Camp where she teaches K-6 kids about nutrition, cooking, and growing food- She founded and is expanding La Happy Belly Broths, creating nourishing and delicious bone broths that are sold at health care offices and high-end retail shops in the Bay Area- She works individually with clients, coaching them on nutrition and lifestyle to help them achiever greater health and radiance.For Vanessa, cooking is one of the great gateways to health, sustainability, and happiness, and she is in a mission to empower people to get there.

Developed expertise in economic and financial analysis, cost evaluation, and the creation of persuasive presentation and exhibits.
