Reporting directly to the CMD, the job profile included interacting and providing information, designing the company’s corporate identity (the corporate logo, brochures, signboards, information dockets/videos), strategizing the company’s visibility process (through advertising, publicity and other sources), handling the media and events associated with the company.External PR activities• Strategize Advertising plans • Implementing PR Strategy at a corporate level. • Visibility and salience for brand name • Visibility for Top management of the company • Visibility for Services and offerings • Media, Press Relations and Organizing press meets for CMD and senior management. • Draft editorial Column to be released to the press • Responsible for formulating PR budgets • Writing & vetting press releases and feature stories • Press Monitors, Compilation of clipping vis-à-vis competitors • Designing and distributing of all marketing collaterals for presentations, conferences etc., including corporate gifts, sales brochures, and media catalogues etc. • Responsible for training the personnel in the management of Customers Relations, Media Relations, Communication Skills and Personal Development.Internal PR activities• Website updation and Content Management. •Ensure maintenance of clipping database of group, competition and industry• Define and oversee all external and internal communication plan during crisis.• Reduced client response time as per the norms in the citizen charter• Employee Communication : Providing professional communication support and Assisting all Employee Communication efforts by working with different functions across the companyCoordination Activities•Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing and Research Departments for creation of brochures and other PR-related communication material.• Coordinate with external advertising, media, PR and related agencies for event management etc. .
