Driving Quality and Safety in Automotive Battery Production As Battery Production Team Lead at Rimac Technology, I've successfully streamlined production processes to enhance quality and efficiency for our major clients. Leading a team of 69 dedicated professionals across multiple departments, I oversee assembly, laser welding of battery modules, testing, and overall production efficiency.Committed to safety and quality, I'm pursuing a Master's degree in Health and Safety with the goal of achieving top academic performance. My dedication extends beyond the classroom, as I actively contribute to Rimac's safety culture as a first responder, Worker Rep, and evacuation leader.
