Leading a team of 69 dedicated professionals across multiple departments, I oversee assembly, laser welding of battery modules, testing, and overall production efficiency.Committed to safety and quality, I'm pursuing a Master's degree in Health and Safety with the goal of achieving top academic performance. My dedication extends beyond the classroom, as I actively contribute to Rimac's safety culture as a first responder, Worker Rep, and evacuation leader.
