Autonomous electrical engineer integral within a teaming environment on the Engineering Services Contract, the largest NASA commercial contract at Kennedy Space Center preparing space launch GSE infrastructure for the next stage of exploration of the solar system and beyond. CSC affiliate SCLS, the successor contractor to the Launch Base Support Contract at CCAFS. Engaged in the opportunity that became available to migrate from the Communications Department to that of Energy Management. Utilizing broad communications experience on the Eastern Test Range, the Building Automation System was upgraded from the twisted pair technology to both an Ethernet and a Crypto Wireless based one allowing increased local functionality. This was accomplished within Air Force security constraints providing a very robust Facility Management System controlling all aspects of the demanding launch base requirements within a conservative energy management philosophy. Accepting this most recent challenge has made me appreciate my UCF affiliation that much more.
