Humber Long-Term Care Project:Humber Meadows LTC is being designed as a 320-bed, Long-Term Care Home that will be located at Finch RCC Campus. The home will provide much-needed long-term care capacity to the north-west catchment of Toronto. The six-floor home will follow a mix of modular and conventional designs built in partnership with the Ministry of Long-Term Care, Infrastructure Ontario, the Ministry of Health and EllisDon. The building features two interior courtyards, ensuring that all resident rooms have windows and abundant natural light. The first floor of the home has a great hall, beauty salon, private dining room for resident events, dedicated spiritual space, and a six-chair hemodialysis unit.The five resident floors are divided into ten Resident Home Areas (RHA). Each RHA will provide a home for 32 residents and has its own dining room, lounge and activity room, and a dedicated break room for the staff working in this area. This design allows the option for each RHA to operate independently if necessary to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Overall, Humber Meadows Long-Term Care home has 200 private rooms, including five private bariatric rooms and 120 semi-private rooms.

Trillium Long-Term Care Project: October 2020 - July 2021Rutherford Go Station Project: August 2021 - April 2022- Develop and evaluate the scope of work and tender documents- Manage multiple Subcontractors and review their monthly billing and evaluate work completed to date- Review and issue change orders requests to Subcontractors- Work alongside with owner, architect, and design consultants to review and coordinate overall design and work completed to date- Participate in design coordination, reviews and issue the site instructions to Subcontractors- Assisting the Project Manager with the municipal permits for construction activities including ongoing coordination with the municipal bodies or authorities having jurisdiction- Track review comments for permitting and coordinate with the owner, engineers, and architects- Submit shop drawings, product datasheets, and samples to the owner, engineers, and architects for their review and approval.- Coordinate with Subcontractors and suppliers for the required building components and issuance of purchase orders- Review and coordinate with the site team and project scheduler for overall construction schedule and 3 weeks look ahead schedules- Review and address Subcontractor Request for Information (RFI); coordinate meetings between Subcontractors and Consultants to resolve any complex issues that may exist; monitor and follow up for responses in a timely manner- Conduct quality control activities, inspection programs, and periodic updating of construction progress records- Reviewed and verified a process is in place for the planning, review, approval, and distribution of project submittals prior to commencing each installation work (shop drawings, product data, samples, mock-ups, etc.)

Cooksville Go Station:- Prepare/coordinate the development of Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs) for all construction activities as per project/industry standards and quality management system. - Create and implement trade-specific Subcontractor Quality Plans (SQPs) including the identification of high risk and long lead time items as per quality management system- Participate in kick-off, pre-inspection, and progress meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers and ensure efficient flow of communication- Monitor execution of construction activities and access compliance with respect to the construction quality management plan and contract documents.- Managing and Leading client and CQMP Audits; Monitoring adequate closure of all surveillance issues, quality audit findings, non-conformities, etc.- Responsible for creating and implementing the Inspection test plan and associated checklist- Creating and managing all project deficiencies, such as construction, consultant, client, etc. and adding them to the adequate software- Assisting Senior Project Manager and team in the occupancy documents and closeout process.- Assisting and managing pre-functional and functional testing- Expertise in structural steel, building envelope, concrete, civil works, LEED, and landscaping works.- Integration and verification of commissioning, functional testing, facility training, and closeout documentation- Cost estimate and reporting in relation to NCRs, and defective or deficient work- Reviewed and verified a process is in place for the planning, review, approval, and distribution of project submittals prior to commencing each installation work (shop drawings, product data, samples, mock-ups, etc.)- Issuance and contract management of inspection and testing services- Coordination and scheduling of construction activities along with verifying compliance with project and industry standards
