Recruitment Consultant
CurrentAs part of the General Recruitment/BPO Team, I am responsible for the recruitment processes for a wide range of roles: Finance & Accounting, Insurance, Sales & Marketing, HR, Administrative & Client Service, Data Science/Analytics and more; with different languages (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian etc.).Main activities: - Conducting intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for ideal candidates that they're looking for;- Communicating effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions on the go;- Leading recruitment strategies for the business and client's expectations in a consultative manner; - Conducting recruitment processes (developing job descriptions and specifications; attracting suitable candidates through job posts, active searching and cold calling/contacting, recommendations and so on, screenings, interviews, recommendations and market reports and assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions);- Continually seeking opportunities to increase the client's satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives;- Working closely with the internal sourcing team, and helping them continuously enhance their recruitment searches;- Maintaining organized databases with candidates’ data.
