-Worked closely with key stakeholders to develop and drive new marketing objectives. -Was directly involved in the re branding of the entire CPD Group, including the groups respective sister companies. - Worked closely with third party brand agencies to develop a re branding strategy inline with the companies marketing objectives. This included, however was not limited to the following; website development, logo creation, stationary and merchandise development, signage, stakeholder events and trade shows, presentations and other such marketing initiatives. - Worked closely with the companies estimating and contracts administration staff to develop tender proposals more in line with our clients brief. This involved a complete revamp of the tender process to ensure information being submitted was consistent with key selection criteria. As a result we went on to win a number of major tenders with the Department of Minor Works, Qantas, Spottless and other non for profit and commercial organisations. -Worked closely with key division managers, supervisors and Directors on a range of criteria surrounding the operational issues within each respective area. For example I worked closely with the Groups Roofing & Zone Manager to roll out and implement a new OH&S Policy, which was inline with government regulations and industry Standards.
