This included implementing the full application landscape, selection and implementation of operational services partner, back office systems and infrastructure for all locations in Norway. Established two development organisations (as a service) for developing the two key functional hubs - ticketing solutions and operations systems including deviation messaging and notifications. Strong team contribution for establishing the necessary processes and organisational responsibilities within respective business areas enabling the permanent organisation to be ready to successfully run Sørlandsbanen from 15th December 2019. Recruited and built up the permanent IT organisation and transferred the operational competence and responsibility from the temporary IT project organisation to the permanent organisation.
