Responsible for the strategic direction for all Operations of a +$100MM eCommerce retail organization. Functional areas of responsibility spanned across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Vendor Relations, Catalog and Freight management.

Responsible for the Commercial Credit & Funding organization including working relationships with groups such as Risk, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and external automotive dealerships. Managed $4MM budget with direct leadership of 75 FTE. Ultimate owner of every loan underwritten within group of responsibility

Complete oversight and accountability of the Consumer Sales and Operations call center function. Managed staff of 75 FTE including hiring, training, establishing performance standards and incentive plan oversight. Responsible for service level performance for offshore processing staff of 75 FTE
