Customer Success Manager, Government
CurrentAs a Customer Success Manager for Government, I am responsible for ensuring my customers are achieving maximum return on their software investment through proactive account management and solving challenges with technical solutions. I excel at building customer relationships and project management, identifying strategic new revenue opportunities, and the retention of a large multi-million dollar complex portfolio of Government business.I assist the sales team throughout the sales process to win business, account setup and user training, and act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams. I strive to maintain strong, long-term relationships and execute on customer success plans to measure and drive results for my customers.
