I’m an experienced professional with more than 8 years in business operations, supporting projects and leaders as they transform organisations to meet commercial challenges and opportunities. Working across the finance, tech, and retail industries, I support major projects, bringing deep operational and analytical experience and excelling at communications and stakeholder relations to get the job done. Now, as Business Analyst at Payments NZ, I support the API Centre to help build an open banking system in Aotearoa. I’m helping lead efforts to facilitate strategic discussions to gain insights and build external industry consensus and support. Prior I was business analyst at Ricoh New Zealand where I led the successful national SharePoint rollout, stakeholder analysis and quality assurance of new projects. I have a Masters Degree in Bioscience Enterprise which honed my research, analytical, critical thinking and team communications skills. I also enjoy doing short courses and certificates when I spot a learning opportunity. Diversity, inclusion, encouraging women in tech and addressing systemic bias is a professional passion and I am a big supporter of #thelink, advocating for women in payments. When I am not at work, I enjoy leisurely walks overlooking the water and seeing the sunset to recharge for a new day ahead.
