Roles & Responsibilities:• Created and Handled AWS application infrastructure with the help of Terraform for AWS Services/Resources: EC2, VPC, Subnets, Route Table, NAT Gateway, Security Group, IAM Role, ASG, ALB, S3, EKS Cluster, EKS Node group, Cloud Formation etc.• Using various Services in Terraform like Provider, Resource, Output, Backend, Variable, Locals, Data, Module etc for creating infrastructure in AWS.• Created Node Groups and deployed Deployment, Service, Ingress as per needs.• Created RBAC for Service, Role, Role Binding, Cluster Role, Cluster Role Binding.• Created IAM Roles, IAM Policies, AWS Load Balancer Controller and deployed the application to end user by using AWS EKS.• Created and maintaining Docker Images and Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration as per project requirements.• Creating Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, enabled Ingress Controller, RBAC, used helm charts to deploy custom resource definition (CRD) and custom controller (CC).• Created Persistent Volumes (PV) and Persistent Volume Claims (PVC).• Created automation scripts using Shell and Python to automate build flows.• Maintaining GIT repos for all projects.• Used SonarQube in CI/CD cycle, so that bugs, code duplicity, and vulnerabilities can be reduced or nullified.• Used Trivy for scanning file system, repos, docker images for dependency and sensitive information check.• Used Nexus as an artifactory to store releases and snapshots. • Setup of Jenkins Master-Slave architecture to manage builds.• Set up of CI/CD Jenkins Pipeline for Microservices and integrated tools such as Maven, GitHub, SonarQube, Nexus, Trivy, Docker, Kubernetes, SNS, Monitoring• Backup of Jenkins using Thin Backup Plugin.• Monitoring metrics such as CPU usage, memory usage, network traffic, and application-specific metrics, and use that data to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and create alerts with the help of BlackBox Exporter, Node Exporter, Grafana and Prometheus.

Types of technical consultants recruited and placed are Java/.Net Programmers, Web Designers and Developers, DBA’s and ERP specialists with skills including SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle. • Extensive recruiting of consultants with technical backgrounds in C/C++, VB, XML, Java/ J2EE, and .NET, Web applications Developers, UNIX Administrators/Engineers, Mainframe programmer/analysts, Telecom consultants; H/W design Engineers (embedded), Test Engineers, ASIC Design engineers; ERP consultants, PeopleSoft, SAP and Oracle Developers; Sales Executives, high-level PMO Project Managers, Financial Analysts and Procurement Managers.

• Perform full life cycle recruiting of SAP/BI and Oracle Professionals. • Well versed recruiting SAP resources both in technical and functional areas irrespective of the platforms.• Solid understanding of all the New Dimensional Products in NW 2004 and NW 2004s.• Submitted and placed SAP/BI resources in all the modules i.e., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, LES, CRM, SRM, SCM, MDM, BW, BCS, BPS, XI, APO, Portal, Basis/Security Administrators apart from ABAPers.• Conduct Internet search using job boards like Monster, Hot Jobs & Google.• Pre-screen resumes, screen candidates, set up interviews, and process new hires for employment.• Negotiate hourly rates / Salaries with the candidates / Sub contractors.• Submitting the resumes and keep track for scheduling their Interviews and status of the interview with clients.• Manage resume database using in-house developed technology.• Prepare and maintain monthly reports, analyze recruitment statistics.• Responsible for the smooth functioning of the entire Recruitment Process.
