Senior Management Consultant
CurrentPrimary Objectives: partner with organizational leaders to successfully implement emerging policy, conduct organizational change management, integrate, and standardize enterprise processes, progress organizational readiness, facilitate achievement of strategic goals, and automate manual business processes.Current scope of work is supporting Organizational Change Management for public health laboratory modernization efforts. Prior work includes the design and implementation of $35M grant program for provision of health care to uninsured, underinsured and those under federal poverty level in underserved areas, support for statewide public health COVID-19 emergency response efforts and leading organizational change management for statewide systems modernization and centralization of high security elections management systems in advance of the 2020 election. Previously conducted feasibility studies to determine a recommended strategic direction for enterprise service agencies, designed a comprehensive organizational change management plan maximize adoption, and partnering with multiple public-sector agency leaders in a wide variety of policy implementations. This includes executing federal innovation grant projects, developing multi-agency management structures, implementing repeatable, scalable multi-year work plans, and conducting organizational change management to support implementation of emerging policy across 39 Washington Counties. Also refined design specifications and developing test cases to enable AgilePoint automation of a complex manual apprenticeship program to save state workers time, improve productivity and system accuracy, and provide real-time data for improved management capabilities.
