Quakerdale is a Christian not-for-profit organization joining with youth, families, and communities through opportunities of prevention, education, and support.My duties as Office Manager include supporting Family Services in Marshalltown and at Wolfe Ranch by maintaining client records, scheduling and billing. Duties as Co-leader of the Ranch allow me to work with the Equine Program Director with the Equine Assisted Psychotherapy/Learning program, managing the ranch house, supporting the volunteer group and participating in fund raisers.

- Graphic design for wide variety of marketing products, including brochures, sell sheets, product packaging- Coordination and art direction of photo shoots on location for window and door products

The complete management of marketing projects starting with development and research of strategies, participation in focus groups, assignment of resources and team members. Managing print budgets, production quotes, awarding jobs to suited vendor or resources, and establishing and managing production schedules. Including the execution of design, digital editing and/or art direction of the project. Overseeing production and quality control with emphasize on keeping and/or beating deadlines. Also managed press releases, media buys, ad development and web content. Remotely directed and managed agency creative teams and internal company graphic teams.
