I started at Slate Research Center as a Researcher for Finance and Accounting. I supported a Consultant in Tokyo and task to do cold/warm callings (sourcing and appointment making). In less than a year, I was promoted as the first Team Leader and led/trained a group of 5 analysts. After another year, I became a Regional Recuiter involved in the end to end recuitment from sourcing, pitching positions to candidates, building client relationship and in closing deals. In less than 6 months, I was able to close successful placements. As the company is growing, I was promoted as Business Manager and was tasked to hire additional Analysts and became the Basic Traning Manager at the same time. I was also responsible for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding. In 3 months time, there were 17 new Analysts who successfully graduated from the Basic Training Program.
