I lead the Finance and Administration team at Lumen - a multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm specialising in engineering for a better, more sustainable future. Within the Finance and Administration team, we work together in multiple areas to support our clients, suppliers and staff. Effective and efficient communication is of great importance to us so we make good use of cloud-based programs to ensure we have a quick turn around for our clients and suppliers. I have over 18 years of experience working in the transmission and lines engineering sector both in New Zealand and Australia. I have recently moved from Bendigo, Australia to Christchurch, New Zealand and enjoy exploring the New Zealand countryside. Lumen has been around in one guise or another since the mid-1990s. We've recently rebranded as Lumen to help our clients understand that we're one team with one focus - engineering for a better future. We have been an employee-owned company since the company was established which really helps us attract and retain top talent.
