 Oversaw projects and program services for three focus areas: Creatures, Environment and Youth  Developed, launched and ran all aspects of ISF’s biggest program service, the Medical Emergency Care Grant for Animals. The grant program helped over 2,500 animals including domestic, farm and exotic animals  Oversaw ISF grant program for “one off” grants given such as Girls Impact the World, ISF Youth Grants, Environment Grants, and Creatures Grants. I vetted, corresponded, made sure the funds were dispersed properly and all grant reports were turned in.  Oversaw fundraising efforts and campaigns. Worked directly with vendors, donors and volunteers. Was the contact person for Founder Ian Somerhalder and wife Nikki Reed.  Wrote, organized and sent Supporter and Fundraiser Newsletters Implemented ISF’s Donor Database. Maintained donor relations and data entry. Sent out donation receipts and thank you letters. Identified and cultivated donor relationships Oversaw Global Private Consultants, coordinating salaries and maintaining compliance Oversaw, recruited and mentored foundations global volunteer program. Formed procedures and manuals for volunteers Designed ISF’s new website Performed yearly audits with a contracted 3rd Party Auditor Renewed all State Registrations in order to solicit donations in all 50 US States. Acted as the liaison between the United Nations and Ian Somerhalder in his role as Goodwill Ambassador Assisted ISF’s legal counsel Managed Appearance calendar and green room requests for celebrity founders

Provide high-level administrative support at the Corporate Office to Global Accounts Manager, Regional Sales Managers and Marketing Director.  Managed the calendars of Global Account Manager and six Regional Sales Managers Booked travel and oversaw meeting calendar for Global Accounts Manager and Regional Sales Managers. Collaborated with Chief Financial Officer to create and maintain global sales reports  Tracked global sales, formulated reports and distribute reports monthly to all global offices  Coordinated and staged all aspects of Annual Rep Training and Direction Meetings to include travel, accommodations, catered lunches, corporate dinners and PowerPoint Presentations.
