In charge of over 200 families enrolled in Judy Center programming or Pre-k/Kindergarten at Commodore John Rodgers Elementary school. Families served from all walks of life, from low-income to moderate income families. As Family Services Coordinator, I managed (6) staff and (30) volunteers to ensure a smooth delivery of services and the following annual outcomes:Successfully planned and executed an average of 270 yearly home visits to support the school’s early childhood family engagement goalsPersonally ensured that approximately 80% of Pre-K families (annually) received requested community resources to meet their needs and increase self-sufficiency goals.Planned and led over 150 family workshops, events, groups, and parenting classes per year.Effectively recruited, managed, and collaborated with more than 50 partner organizations annually Played a key role in increasing the overall Pre-K and K enrollment numbers each year by 25% exceeding the local threshold of 15% each year.Directly developed, supported, and tracked the success of the (12) performance standards, goals, and outcomes required by the Maryland State Department of Education.Efficiently ensured the delivery of case management services to over 270 families annually with the support and management of Judy center support staff, volunteers, and partners.Assisted the Program Coordinator with researching and writing grants to support family services related programming on a yearly basis.Identified and pursued new sources of corporate and foundation funding by collaborating and attending local steering committee meetings and engaged in community project planning surrounding the school.

In charge of managing direct support staff and service delivery to over fifty families.
