Analyzed, interpreted, and communicated changes in the external healthcare policy and regulatory environment to internal stakeholders within Lummi Indian Business Council.

Developed compliance protocols and business plans for this healthcare non-profit dedicated to improving access and advancing healthcare reform. Conducted research and analysis of healthcare policy, developed contracts, and created policy-related white papers.

Managed operations for an independent regional pathology practice, including accounting, human resources, compliance, payroll, budgeting, inventory, and eight staff members. Negotiated contracts and agreements with client hospitals, Medicaid managed care, commercial health insurance providers, vendors, federal and state agencies, and other organizational entities. Developed financial reporting and management tools for executive decision-making.
