-Restructured Upper School Visual Arts curriculum to incorporate a more linear transition from foundational principles to advanced concepts-Designed and implemented innovative on-campus/e-learning hybrid lesson plans and curriculum for the 2020-21 school year for all classes, including middle school Art + Videography, Intro Videography, Advanced Videography, Portfolio Prep, Advanced Painting, 2D Studio Foundations, and Mural Making. -Instructed and guided students in character development, study skills, goal setting and team building as an Academic Advisor. -Sponsor Prom Committee and Service Club. Responsible for planning and executing prom and organizing weekly service trips to PADS (Public Action to Deliver Shelter). -Coach Middle School and Upper School Girls Soccer. After the pandemic shut down my second season, I transitioned my players to training and team building activities via Zoom and successfully organized and led a food drive initiative that delivered three truckloads of food to PADS-Plan and implement strategies for change in the Upper School Futures Committee
