I have always loved to help people and to listen to their story. Now, I head Clark Wilson’s Litigation Department to help our litigators achieve their career goals. I also chair Clark Wilson’s Strata Property Practice Group to help the next generation of BC’s strata lawyers provide solutions for our clients. I help our strata corporation clients with a wide variety of legal matters so that they can focus on managing the strata corporation. Our team assists in the litigation, arbitration and mediation of diverse condominium disputes including collection matters, bylaw enforcement, injunctions, the appointment of administrators and human rights claims, and the defence of various claims regarding governance issues by individual owners.We also assist strata corporations with internal governance issues including the drafting of bylaws, resolutions, opinions and interpretations of the BC Strata Property Act.Specialties: Condominium law
